The Right Way To Order Flowers Online

Online florists  are here to make a positive change in our community. They help us send flowers to our loved ones in the quickest and most convenient way possible. But, some online florists get a bad reputation from the complaints of unhappy customers. Let’s get this point clear, there are many factors why you didn’t get the flowers that you wanted.  In most cases, it’s the way you give your order to customer service representatives. Other cases are in the quality of service given by the local florist that’s handling your order. So, how do you place an order online to assure that you’ll be getting the same flowers that you want?   #1. Keep in mind that what you see in the photos may not be exactly what it looks like in the actual arrangement.  That is because a photo only shows a flat image of one side of an all-around design.   #2. Trim the stem under water or under running water. Trim the end of each stem with a sharp, non-serrated knife under water at 45-degree angle. Make sure to submerge it in water after trimming so as to avoid air pockets to form that can block the path of water into the stem. Any leaves or foliage submerged in the water will break down and can cause bacteria to form.  So remove any foliage from the part of the stem that will be submerged in water. Tip #1: Don’t jam too many flowers in the vase as overcrowding stems can wilt them more quickly and release bacteria into the water. Tip #2: Always pluck out wilted stems and leaves to keep the flowers looking fresh and avoid bacteria from forming.   Put the arranged flowers in a clean vase. Before you arrange the flowers to your vase, make sure they are...
